Need Tire Advice: RE Classic 350 Reborn (2024 J-Series) hitting 23k kms – Losing wet grip confidence in Pune!

Heyya riders,

I have a Royal Enfield Classic 350 Reborn (2024 J-series model) that has clocked 23k kms on the stock tyres (CEAT Zoom Plus).

For the past 3k–5k kms, I’ve been seriously losing confidence while riding. The tires feel like they are sliding, tracking minor road cracks, and dropping awkwardly into corners. It gets particularly sketchy during Pune's continuous monsoon downpours and around all the ongoing flyover/metro construction zones.

My Riding Style:

  • Daily Routine: Primarily city commuting but mostly on highway stretches.
  • Riding Habits: I casually cruise around 90–100 km/hr and absolutely love leaning into turns, so I cannot afford to lose cornering confidence on wet roads.
  • Off-roading: Very casual/accidental (just handling the usual Pune potholes, gravel patches, and broken detours).
  • Preferences: Looking for a reliable tubeless setup. Budget isn't a strict constraint, but I'd prefer something sensible and high-performing without blowing 10k–15k on a pair if it isn't necessary.

I’ve done my homework but I am completely stuck between these options:

  1. Apollo Tramplr XR: Hear it's a great radial crossover with awesome wet shoulder grip and pothole durability, but does it wobble at 100 km/hr?
  2. CEAT Zoom PLUS: Stick to the stock replacement? (Though my current ones feel like they hardened up way too fast).
  3. CEAT Grip XL: People recommend it for bad roads, but will those big block treads squirm and ruin my highway lean angles on wet asphalt?
  4. MRF Zapper Series: Some say it's bulletproof for Pune roads, but does it have the soft-compound stickiness needed for wet corners?

Has anyone running a Reborn transitioned to one of these? What would you suggest for someone who wants to cruise at 100 km/hr, lean confidently in the rain, and safely bash through Pune's construction craters?

What to do, guyssssssss? Appreciate the help! 🤜🤛
