How can I get a job easily or instantly?

I've been unemployed for 8 years, and I can't get any job at all. Nobody will hire me, even when I do volunteering, and I apply for 10 jobs every day on Indeed. All I want is a way to live independently on my terms, preferably something remote or something where nobody can control my income. I have savings, but those won't last much longer, and I can't get a place to live without income.

I'm expected to do basically everything, but how can I. What am I supposed to do?
