Care package to OCS

Anyone who’s recently been to OCS recommend sending care package? Loved one is on week two. Heard they can use notebooks, black pens and cough drops. Obviously won’t send candy or anything non essential. What would you recommend sending, if anything? Want to help him without getting him in trouble.
