We built the Predator Helios Neo 16S AI for gamers who don't want to compromise
Hey everyone!
We're excited to share a closer look at the Predator Helios Neo 16S AI, one of the newest additions to our Predator lineup. Our goal with this laptop was pretty simple: create a gaming laptop that's powerful enough for today's biggest games, but slim enough that you actually want to carry it around.
Here's a look at what's under the hood and why we're excited about it.
🚀 Performance that's ready for what's next
The Predator Helios Neo 16S AI is configurable with:
- Up to an Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 processor
- Up to an NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 5070 Laptop GPU
- Windows 11
- Copilot+ PC AI capabilities
Whether you're gaming, streaming, editing clips, or juggling Discord, Spotify, and way too many Chrome tabs, we wanted this system to feel responsive from the moment you power it on.
🎯 RTX 50 Series graphics
With NVIDIA's latest Blackwell architecture, you'll get access to features like:
- DLSS 4
- Multi Frame Generation
- Ray Reconstruction
- AI-powered Super Resolution
- 5th Gen Tensor Cores
- Advanced Optimus
For supported games, that means smoother gameplay, improved visuals, and more performance where it counts.
🌌 An OLED display built for gaming
The display was something we spent a lot of time on because we know it's one of the first things you'll notice every time you open the lid.
The Predator Helios Neo 16S AI features:
- 16-inch OLED display
- WQXGA (2560×1600) resolution
- 16:10 aspect ratio
- Up to 165Hz refresh rate
- Up to 1ms response time
- 100% DCI-P3 color gamut
- NVIDIA G-SYNC support
Whether you're exploring huge open worlds or grinding ranked matches, the combination of OLED contrast, fast refresh, and vibrant color makes every session look incredible.
❄️ Keeping performance consistent
Powerful hardware is only part of the equation—cooling matters too.
That's why we equipped the Helios Neo 16S AI with:
- 5th Gen AeroBlade™ 3D Fans
- Liquid metal thermal grease
- Redesigned airflow
The goal is simple: help the laptop maintain strong performance during long gaming sessions instead of slowing down as temperatures climb.
🎒 Slim enough to take anywhere
One thing we challenged ourselves on was making this laptop easier to live with every day.
At just 18.9 mm thin, the Helios Neo 16S AI is designed to fit into your backpack without feeling like you're hauling around a desktop replacement.
🌐 Built for online play
Reliable networking can make a huge difference in multiplayer games.
That's why we included:
- Intel® Killer™ Wi-Fi 6E
- Killer DoubleShot™ Pro
- Killer™ Ethernet E3100G
Whether you're gaming wirelessly or plugged in, these technologies help prioritize gaming traffic and keep your connection stable.
🎛️ PredatorSense™ puts you in control
We know every gamer likes to tune their system differently.
With PredatorSense™, you can quickly adjust:
- Performance modes
- Fan speeds
- RGB lighting
- System monitoring
- Cooling profiles
There's also a customizable My Key that lets you launch your favorite apps or shortcuts with a single press.
🤖 AI features beyond the name
The "AI" in the Predator Helios Neo 16S AI isn't just about the processor.
It also includes Acer Intelligence Space, which brings together AI-powered tools and system features designed to help optimize performance and support everything from gaming to creative work
🎮 Ready to play out of the box
Every Predator Helios Neo 16S AI also includes 3 months of PC Game Pass, so you can jump into a huge library of games right away.
Final Thoughts
The Predator Helios Neo 16S AI is our vision of what a modern gaming laptop should be—powerful enough to handle the latest AAA games, competitive esports, streaming, and creative workloads, while remaining thin and portable enough to go wherever you do. From its Intel® Core™ Ultra processor and NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 50 Series graphics to its immersive OLED display, advanced cooling, and customizable PredatorSense™ controls, every feature was designed with PC gamers in mind. If you're looking for a laptop that delivers premium performance without compromising on portability, we think the Predator Helios Neo 16S AI is ready for whatever you play next.
