Looking for constructive criticism. Or regular criticism I don’t care

40yo construction worker bum, started late.
Income 2-220k yr
401k balance 280k max contribution plus about 9500yr from employer

Bridge is young voo avuv vxus 70%voo 7500 balance 400/wk contribution plus tax returns, in 1.5 yr will up to 600 wk when heloc is paid off

Airplane for sale valued \~95k will be going into bridge
Some land out of state about 50k will do the same.

Optimistic goal is 900k in bridge at 55 burn down to 100k at 65. Start pension (\~3500)and social at 62

Piddly little brokerage account to ensure house is paid off in 15 yr. 55/wk

Mortgage 165k balance 2.875%

Goal is stop work at 55, sell house which will be owned guessing 550k ish by then, buy catamaran and fuck off to the warm. Expected boat cost 400k covered by home

Plan is continue all contributions for 10 years and reevaluate the 401k at 50yo, maybe redirect some toward bridge. For final 5 working years, aiming for 900k ish in bridge.

What are people realistically seeing for health insurance cost 55-65?

What would you do different here? Aside from just save more?

I’m new here, help
