Scarlet Witch rework

Hello all, so after few days of new season what do you think about Scarlet Witch rework?

I am kinda maining her because i really like the changes but dont you think she is lil bit overpowered? Like every game she has been played on my team or enemy she is almost always MVP with most dmg and kills, need to mention that I am playing in plat elo so my question is for people in higher ranks do you feel she is good/OP now? Like I am returning player havent played maybe 5 seasons and I am able to win with her very often (80% wr out of 30 games so far).
