New ticket system - frustrating but needed

What is everyone's thoughts on the new ticketing system. I think while it can be very frustrating it is much needed.

Live25 was an absolute mess when it came to tickets, from dynamic pricing to millions in the queue. I'm glad they've made a change (I imagine at both Oasis and Ticketmaster's request)
