Is it too much to ask to not have to watch the step kid when husband works 12 hr days?!

My husband is now working 7 days a week 12 hour shifts till the end of Oct due to his typical work schedule this time of year.

We get his 10 year old 2-3-2 and then flip each week.

So every other weekend we have her. Well, guess who takes care of her the entire weekend then (plus, we have a baby of our own that I want to bond with primarily)…!

I think she should go with her mom during the weekends when he literally only sees his daughter 20 mins per day. If it were up to me she would be with her mom every day till this work season is over but I get his need to see his daughter for a little bit when he can.

However I’m only desiring to have my weekends with my baby. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to NOT have to babysit his kid the full weekend. Ugh. Over it
