Am I racist?

Like we have our clg group with people from different states and religions.

We all make fun of each other, for their states and religion. One of my friends heard us making fun of a mallu dude from our group once and started calling me racist saying i shouldn't call him isis.

But we are racist to everyone in our group equally, does it cancel it out?
