Need A therapist | 8 Yeara Old Relationship becoming worst very Worst

Hey Guys,

I 24M, My F24 we are in a relationship since 8 years but from the past 1/1.5 years It going through a worst condition like we abuse each others often and fix it again but I think She is in depression now She Lost her control very soon and Always blaim me like Tumhi en sab ke reason ho, Tumhari Vajah se hi ye sab hua hai mai es condition me hun, Whenever she become angry she started blaming me .

Actually I did also some mistakes like after 5-6 years I focused too much for my study and I was not able to give her enough time like I didn't really want to talk her it feels like pressure to me. And she clashes again and again so it feels very heavy to me .

But now she have only one point like whenever she get angry she told me you put me in this worst sitution, You didn't handle the situation at the right time like this bla bla bla and abuse after that I also lost my mind and I also started Same as her. I even don't know what does she want. Now I give her enough time But things change she told me she is not in her control, she is not able to control her mind.
