Renting In Equipment Works

Anyone currently living at equipment works? I'm curious what the experience is like.

In particular I'm interested what the noise level is like, are people are to hear upstairs/downstairs/side neighbours much, or is there a decent level of sound proofing in the apartments?

Also what are people's experiences with the management, are they responsive to issues? Any issue with communal areas?

Considering renting here Vs a terraced house nearby!
