Assumption they are ONLY processing actual named plaintiffs!

This is an assumption but given everything that’s happened so far I think they are only processing actual plaintiffs and none of 43,000 indirect plaintiffs that were issued a 221g because of the pause. Is this not illegal? Because this is exactly what they asked for in their Stay request (that they haven’t been granted yet). Are they allowed to go ahead and act as if they have been given a stay? Is there ANYONE that is not a named plaintiff in any lawsuit that has been emailed or processed? The most recent post was about someone receiving an email but this person was a storie plaintiff. Please let’s try and keep track if you are NOT a named plaintiff in any lawsuit and have been emailed or processed please let us know. Also the people with Kingston visas issued if you can please let us know if you too were plaintiffs in any lawsuit?
