Can’t set up an account. Support not helpful.

I’ll try to keep this short. Im a grown up now, so my mom says I gotta pay my own phone bill. Fine. She releases my number, and I call Verizon to make an account and “take over” the number. The problem is that every time I need to click a required link from my email or text messages or my app, it brings me to an error page.

These are links required to make an account, like “click here to make your own password” or “click to accept this number.”

I wasn’t able to access the page with the terms and conditions on it, so my tech support agent read them to me.* all of it. I downloaded the app, but when I wasn’t able to make an account (because the page was inaccessible). The agent made me a temporary password, but when I hit login, “this page cannot be displayed.”

The tech support agents were all stumped and kept telling me to try again another day. I’ve tried again several other days now. No change. I haven’t been able to set up billing so I’m probably going to collections.

Verizon keeps sending me to several support agents who all have no idea what’s going on and tell me to try again another day. I’m sick of it.

Is there any other option? Is there a customer support email or something? How can I reach someone who cares? Or am I just going to have to switch to AT+T?
