Proper scan out days

Truck day is Wednesday so order generation is Monday. I scan out Fridays and Saturdays but my percentage dropped from 90% to 69% when I came in today. My dm and sm insist those are the correct days but should I scan outs on Sunday instead? I know it resets on Sundays as well but I can’t think of anything else to do other than to hit all my outs on Saturday.
