Bridal shower

Hi everyone! I’m the MOH for my sister’s wedding and it’s my first time planning for a Bridal Shower. How does that work? I found a venue and peg already but financially, should the entourage split the expenses? Or do I have to shoulder it all?

If we’re going to split - well, how do I communicate it with them? Please send tips how do I tell them. I’m shy cause I’m not close with my sister’s entourage. I don’t know how to approach them.
