When an apprentice technician walks into an unfamiliar mechanical room packed with pumps and piping, finding past repair history should not mean digging through truck binders. Equipment Tracker Pro lets technicians raise, start, hold, and close work orders against specific equipment on their phone. Closing a work order automatically writes the service log with parts and labor hours.

I built this as a working HVAC technician for my own jobs. The tracking is free on mobile, permanently. No record cap, no expiry, not a trial. It works with no signal.
