Tanks and Healers should get normal dungeon XP

As someone who actually enjoys dungeon spam and big dick AoE cleaving, I heard a suggestion that really caught my attention.

Let tanks and heals get the normal xp rates and let DPS get the nerfed xp rates. This way, us tanks and healers don't feel punished for playing how we want and people are incentivized to tank/heal for more xp.

It's a win-win.
