An Idea I had for a Post Yes Man scenario ages ago (Pre season 2)

In this scenario, Yes Man and The Courier win by combing forces with several factions. After these events, certain politicians within the NCR begin to push for the removal of President Kimball and General Oliver. Both are voted out in a vote of no confidence, replaced by Redding Senator Hanlon and Colonel Hsu respectively. This leads to a more moderate NCR, more focused on improving the lives of citizens within NCR territories instead of expansion outwards.

However, on the other side of the Colorado River, the future did not look as bright for the legion. Caesar's loss at Hoover Dam was blamed upon Legate Lanius. After being trialled for his incompetence, he was exiled. This event led to many slaves and legionaries beginning to doubt their lord's divinity. This led to the great slave revolt of 2285, with many slaves rising up with secret assistance from NCR special forces. The 6 month conflict ended in the siege of Flagstaff, where former slave Phoebe Masterson killed several of the legion's high command. Only Vulpes Inculta, Lucius and Caesar (Now in a catatonic state) escaped.

The leaders of the great revolt established the Tribal Confederation; each of the 86 tribes established their own territories (Much to the chagrin of Native Tribes like the Navajo and Hopi) as well as a tribal senate. However, the Legion have retreated east, amassing forces in secret.

Thoughts?
