Good shoppable belts?

I was looking for a low strength req belt for my selffound phys bowa and rolled a couple safety ones. Just garbage. Then I shopped a demonhide sash with 99 life and 6 poison res. I know this could be 30 fire or light res but even finding an exceptional one with this much life was a challenge. Is this okay for ssf? Do I need fhr on the belt if I don’t have it anywhere else?
