What if heat death is just away for the universe to seed ?

what if heat death is away for the universe to seed and shed entropy? I came up with this metaphor last night trying to explain another hypothesis I had To another person. I hope it is written so everyone can get a visual of how heat death may not be the end, but a seeding for another universe. This is just a fun hypothesis that I enjoy playing with.

One of the biggest killers in the cyclical universe hypothesis is entropy. Picture a glass of water and a table that leans just a bit. If you poured the water onto the table, it forms a stream.

Now, imagine that water is the universe, and the stream represents dark matter holding the universe together. The tilt and gravity act like dark energy pushing the universe forward. The longer the water stream goes, the thinner the stream (dark matter) gets, until a small piece breaks away from the main stream.

This smaller piece is the seed for the new Big Bang.(bounce)

The entropy is stretched out over the length of that stream, so when that small part of the water (universe) breaks off, only a Goldilocks amount of entropy goes with it—just enough to help trigger the next big bounce, and just enough entropy to keep it from becoming stagnant. the hypotheses is called osim.(organic sovereign inception model).
