Is it hard for healthcare workers to treat people who are using MAOIs?

EMTs, nurses, doctors, anyone! I’m currently remaking my “I take an MAOI” emergency card and looking at all of the things I can’t take and that have fatal interactions etc — I figure healthcare workers must hate seeing us coming! We must be such complex cases to work on lol. Do you find that to be the case in your day-to-day? Do you run into blockades a lot when trying to treat people on MAOIs, or is there still a good list of medications available to work with?
