Not able to deactivate my account

I am trying to deactivate my account and it's been a week and still not able to. Tried from app, different browsers, tried with vpn, changed the password and logged out of everything and tried again
nothing. I enter the correct password and it shows me a generic error "something went wrong, try again later" and on browser it shows "Dont fret it is not your fault". This really frustrating and annoying.

Does anyone face such an Issue? and do you have any suggestion on how can I solve it?
