Need advice on what to do, libido suddenly dropped to below zero (f26)

not sure how concerned i should be but this is the first time in my life that this happens

jm on zero meds, nothing changed in my lifestyle, work is the same.
but my libido is literally non existent and i genuinely do not know what to do about it

i cannot bring myself to have intercourse or get off by myself at all, and it used to be the COMPLETE OPPOSITE before

its been like this for about two weeks, is this normal???
