Is LSU vs Ole Miss going to develop into a new major rivalry in the SEC for Football?

I know that historically the Magnolia Bowl has been a secondary bowl for both schools and hasn’t been a significant one until now. But with Lane Kiffin at LSU now and both schools able to compete at a high level, this could easily develop into a major rivalry. Especially when you consider the fact that LSU’s other major rival, Alabama does not view LSU as a major rival compared to Auburn and Tennessee. While Ole Miss fans only had animosity for Mississippi State until now.
