Ureaplasma parvum has become resistant

I have ureaplasma parvum for over a year. My symptoms are green discharge, ammonia smell in discharge every time, chronic cervicitis in pap smear. I have tried all antibiotics for a long time

1. Two weeks doxy plus metro
   2 . One week doxy followed by one week moxi
2. 21 days doxy followed by 28 days azithro
   No improvement at all . I have already used Clindamycin, and now some times use boric acid but no benefit
   I am hopeless. What treatment should i take now to completely get rid of this?
