Artificial intelligence in Trademark legal work

I’m a docket clerk in the IP department managing trademarks and have noticed many records in our portfolio with misformated registration and application numbers. This is as a result of foreign agents reporting incorrect numbers in countries where we cannot data validate. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips regarding any tools currently on the marketplace which can help with this? Alternately, can anyone share any strategies they’ve employed to clean up their records?
