H1B +H4+H4 EAD

When my wife called USCIS, they were able to provide her receipt numbers for the H-4 and H-4 EAD applications. However, when I called regarding my H-1B petition, they said they could not find the petition in their system.

Is this normal? All three applications were filed together under Premium Processing, and our attorney mailed the package to USCIS on August 24. However, my wife’s H-4 and H-4 EAD receipt notices show a receipt date of September 9.

Has anyone experienced something similar, where the dependent applications were visible in the system but the H-1B petition was not?
