Please give advice

I'm 10M So it's about 1-2 years ago it started like I can turn my one eye outward but one eye will be straight and also I can do it with the other eye and one will be straight and i can do it on my own and starting I didn't noticed and wasn't huting at all but now it's like I can't mostly control it now it's like it's automatically tilting one eye and it rests and i can't sometimes notice when my eyes is tilted any suggestions for this because rn I can control it and sometimes it hurts when my both eyes are normal or looking straight please give any suggestions
