Cannot join any game and it’s very frustrating

Idk if anybody’s experienced this but I cannot join any game! When the popup for match found appears and I press accept, even if I press it immediately or wait further, it displays that I ignored it and then I have to queue all over again, and then this happens again.

Then, I equipped the Mecha stadium and I cannot see the loot! It’s like transparent and I have to search for it just for the loot to be picked up.

Out of all my years playing TFT in my iPad, this has been the worst experience and it makes me want to quit the game for how awful this playing experience is.
