looking for a good toaster that doesn’t make you guess every time
full disclosure, i’m helping with some work around Sage, and i’ve been looking at a few of the more expensive toasters to see what you actually get for the extra money.
the Sage EyeQ caught my attention mainly because it watches the colour of the bread while it’s toasting instead of just relying on a fixed timer. the idea sounds useful, especially if you switch between normal sliced bread, sourdough, crumpets etc and don’t want to keep changing the setting. for people who’ve used pricier toasters, is even browning actually where you notice the difference? and has anyone looked at the EyeQ yet compared with other Sage or premium options?
