Im confused about my whole person

Like a few months ago I came out as nb with a punk goth style but the I drifted to femininity without losing that boy part like yeah I’m trans a trans girl but I still don’t feel fully detached from being a boy so I just feel awfull cuz idk what my style expression is I just feel wierd like I see lots of people that say that trans people can’t be femboys or how I can switch styles so drastically internally I feel much more “girl” than boy but I still feel it idk I’m just stressed bout everything I also don’t know how to tell my mom or dad they don’t understand gender expression idk if anyone has tips I’d be nice)
