How to start driving a call to action?

I just started last month and my followers are below 100. I was denied for an Amazon storefront. At a loss on what my call action is when I don’t have any way to drive people to various links and resources yet. My niche is work wear and every day style for women in 30’s. Those using Amazon or LTK how long did it take for you to get approved for these things? I see people with very low following that already have LTK or ShopMy link. Thanks for insights.
