How do people feel about the modern day of Origins to Valhalla?

I haven’t heard what people say about it but I do remember ubisoft at least trying with it, unlike the last two games before it

I played and finished Origins a long while ago and I don’t remember what happened in the modern day, I also think they took a long time to finally put you in the modern day as well. I never played Odyssey and I only played a little of Valhalla so I don’t know what happens with it in those games.
