Note: A coded area is an area Valve has coded into the courier model for particle emission (that are not eye effect locations). These are often vastly different i.e. Skip has a coded area on his tongue and Morok only has coded areas on his jets.

• A underrated effect IMO (which I was thankful of when creating these couriers), which contains 3 different effects similar to bleak hallucination

• Coal wisps: Generated at each coded area on the courier these closely follow the prismatic gem applied but will always be tipped dark red: dying is similar to Lotus Blossom

• Small Glow: Similar to BH a small glow is applied to each coded area on the courier. The glow will closely follow the prismatic (black is not visible)

• Heat distortion: Similar to BH the courier will undergo a shimmering projection of the courier model similar to seeing heat on a highway.

• Flame wisps: Little wisps of orange flame. These have a base color of orange, so dying opposite on the color spectrum will turn them invisible.
