Short-term pastry or cooking classes/experiences?

Hi everyone. Ive always been very fascinated by baking, cooking, and food styling since I was young. Now I work a normal office job, and I dont mind, as I can support myself. However, I always wanted to learn more about pastry and maybe cooking. Ive been interested in more short-term relaxed cooking courses/school. The intent would be to see how much I love it and if I would want to learn more, or if it would just be a wonderful experience and a way to expand my knowledge.

So far ive been interested in classes offered by La Peetch in France and Bally Maloe in Ireland. I believe both offer a week long stay and I think they are a bit more farm to table (which I like). Neither are pastry focused, which I would be interested in. I am trying to keep an open mind, as I enjoy cooking in general. If you have any recommendations I would really appreciate it!
