Glowy Lantern in Ravaged Coast?

Probably a stupid question, but how does Glowy Lantern work in a Ravaged Coast campaign?

It lets the bearer use Summon abilities from the manifestation lore picked during army composition. Do I still pick something like Primal Energy normally and get access to its Summon abilities?

Or do I first have to spend Emberstone Shards to add each individual manifestation spell to my Arcane Tome before the Lantern can use it?

I’m confused because Ravaged Coast uses the Arcane Tome as a custom manifestation lore but doesn’t list the normal Army Composition rules. Am I missing something obvious?
