Do you feel represented by black characters who have white hair and light eyes?

Hello everyone! I work with a character designer and she draws and writes about characters from all over the world. Recently, she wanted to make a black character. While searching for references, she noticed that most black character designs have white hair and blue eyes like Storm from X-Men or Aqualad from Young Justice. She wondered what you all had to say about this. So please do share your thoughts with us!
