Minnesota 100% clean energy by 2040?

So genuine question coming from someone who works in generation and transmission at one of the countries largest energy companies. Why do democrats think this is achievable? Also I’m am very very very pro nuclear but this is not a realistic goal regarding grid reliability and capital budgets. Thoughts?
