EBT tied to EAEDC and health insurance, will I lose it?

Question

Hey everyone! My partner tried to get his own EBT and because he is autistic, he couldn't lie that we eat meals together, so they told him he would have to be added to my EBT account.

I live in Massachusetts and recieve temporary disability assistance in the form of EAEDC through the DTA. I also recieve MassHealth through the DTA. I tried to login to my DTA account but I'm locked out due to needing to verify my phone number with an old phone number that I no longer have, on a phone that doesn't exist anymore.

I'm worried now that I will lose my benefits, and even more so because his mother is threatening to kick me out if I dont share my EBT(which hospitals have told me not to do and that I need to be independent) and I have zero family or friends and I'm too disabled to survive any longer as a homeless person(rely on electricity to use machinery to survive) and I also dont have a car to sleep in.

If I lose my health insurance, I will die, flat out. I'm nearing needing a kidney transplant and dont have a safe place or anyone to help me.

I tried to reach out to a new social worker I got after federal budget cutting the entire social worker/case worker program I relied on since my first hospitalization. If I get kicked out, I will have to be hospitalized again.

Any suggestions?
