I ordered a seiko moded watch with fastest shipping by paying extra

It was a moded watch and i really loved it

When it came to me the box was in the worst condition

The bubble wrap was stuffed in the corner and the watch box was somewhere else, when i opened the watch it was defected

The sticker inside the watch on which seiko was written was protruded and it was very visible

I paid ₹17600 for a watch that was in such a bad condition

I texted the support team and for 3 days i kept on getting the same reply that we are working on it a senior will join in, your case is the top priority, all that bullshit.

I am soo freakin annoyed by this shit, I am regretting paying soo much for literally being scammed

This is the 4th day and they are still gonna do this and not solve my problem

I might just report it to cyber crime because i dont wanna lose that amount of money for a watch that i can buy for 100 rupees
