Where to go in December for dog sledding, snow mobiling & tubing?

My 30th is in December and want to take a winter trip somewhere in the US with my spouse. Only place I’ve ever experienced snow was in Winter Park Colorado and it was so beautiful!! But I’d love to experience a new state. & would love to try dog sledding this time. Still trying to be somewhat on a budget as well as I’m planning this sort of last minute. Where would you recommend??
