Print Costume customer service

So I just ordered a suit yesterday and completely forgot to add an extra inch to my head circumference for the face shell. I emailed them telling them to add however much they would typically add for a face shell or if they were unsure to just add an inch to the head circumference. Has anyone had to change their order before? I’m a bit nervous that they’ll be unable to or I’ll have to redo the whole thing. Any knowledge is appreciated thanks!
