Dissociative effect

How come this drug is so good at calming down my anxiety? And grounding me to my body despite being a dissociative drug? Genuinely I sometimes prefer this over weed it’s the only shit I’ve had that makes me feel completely calm. i have a LOT of anxiety and this is the only stuff that grounds me completely to my body, ofc speaking only in the lower plateaus. im so tired of my anxiety it feels as this lets me meditate and the only thing that makes me less suicidal 😭
