Small relapse, terrified
I managed to gain to a healthy weight (slightly above where I lost my period, actually- following my growth chart, as I'm 16) after some bouts of extreme hunger paired with a meal plan, and had been maintaining it for a few weeks (naturally- without restriction- whilst also being monitored by a doctor and dietician). My doctor told me that I was in the clear medically, and now just had to wait for my period to return.
A week ago, I began getting discharge every single day (which I never had happen during my ED), alongside other signs of period restoration- such as sore breasts, and some other symptoms that I used to get before my period.
However, at the start of this week, I had a short restriction relapse that lasted 3 days- and I noticed that some discharge has changed- it's still there, but a different consistency than before. I'm terrified that I've reversed my progress :( Is it still possible for my period to return now that I'm back to eating 3 meals and 2 snacks? I apologise if I'm being illogical, I'm just so so scared that I'll have to do this all over again. I haven't had my period since March.
Thank you in advance :)
