So, when i was a kid i remember my aunt leaving the tv on some random movie, around 2010's probable earlier than that

All i remember is the mood in the movie was kind of mysterious and dramatic, like those 90s-00s movies that were very cool toned

The protagonist was a 20-something year old girl, she took care of some kids, they were not her own, maybe she was a nurse or worked in an orphanage?

Something happened to her, i think she got in a car accident, and she was kind of like in a coma and needed her true love's kiss to wake up

In the end it wasn't her boyfriend's kiss that woke her up, it was a kiss on the cheek by one of the little girls she took care of
