Is anyone up? Rabbit choked

Health

My continental giant Frith, choked at about 1am. It was terrifying. He recovered in my arms and eventually his breathing returned to normal, I got lots of nudges and licks. I’ve been up with him since then and he’s been relaxed but he started to get dribbly again and his breathing sounded clicky. I’ve been in touch with the out of hours vets and they’re quite busy and said to keep monitoring. I tilted him so the dribble comes out rather than pools in his throat. The clicky noise comes and goes. I’m scared he’ll get pneumonia so I was going to my usual vet as soon as they open at 8:00. I’m just really scared of losing him, we’re so close.
