Consistent front right vibration. (2016 2wd 3.6L EL limited)

I'm not mechanically inclined so bear with me. A vibration is coming from the frontend on the right. It doesn't seem like the engine, it's not sluggish or high rpms. It happens consistently on and off while driving. Like not constantly vibrating but it'll be a couple minutes before it happens again usually. I'd say like 5 seconds but vibrating hard enough it's concerning. I just don't want something to break while driving.

What are your thoughts based on this obviously without getting to drive it yourself. Ball bearings? Tie rods? Sway bar? Something else?
