Problems with lag / stuttering

After the recent dedicated server update I have been lagging / stuttering pretty bad making the game almost unplayable. I have a wired lan connection and have tried "fixes" from the internet.

Has anyone else experienced this and have any tips or solutions? Thank you in advance!
