Left Handed Heirloom Over Unders?

I want to buy an awesome over under upland gun for my husband’s 30th birthday. I wanted to go with a Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon Field 28” 12 gauge, but he is left handed. Those are impossible to find LH or their custom and $5,000+. My budget is $3,000. Any other heirloom over unders I’m overlooking for LH shooters? It’ll be engraved with his father/grandfather’s signatures, so resale if he doesn’t like it will be a challenge. HELP!!
