32M never been intimate, friends started at 20-21. Real talk on what I actually lost
I’m 32M, never been physically intimate with anyone. Spent my 20s supporting my family so I skipped the whole dating/sex phase while most of my friends were active from 20-21.
Now I’m getting married soon. I feel like I missed the biological prime of my life.
Looking for harsh, genuine answers only — no sugarcoating:
-
Biologically, how much did waiting until 32 actually cost me (libido, performance, recovery, fertility, etc.)?
-
Would the average healthy guy have noticeably better sex at 22-23 compared to 32-33 in terms of drive, erections, stamina, recovery?
-
How do I realistically close the gap / not stay stuck in “I missed out” mode once I’m married?
I don’t want motivational posters or “experience doesn’t matter.” I want the real version from men who’ve lived it or know the biology.
